This is the second version 2 of the smart watch. I took winter break to fully debug my first revision and try to implement more firmware. This is currently an ongoing project. One of the things this project has taught me is that Rome was definitely not built in a day.
I was debugging the version 1 and decided it was time to move on to the next revision. I improved upon:
  • JTAG interface
  • Accelerometer interrupt pins
  • mounting holes
  • ePaper layout

I have the following working:
  • Can program the msp432
  • Capacitive touch on an GPIO of the MSP432p
  • Low Power Mode 3.5
  • Interrupts on all 3 buttons
  • Real Time Clock (RTC)
  • Heartbeat LED
  • UART over BLE

Currently working on:
  • ePaper driver and graphics library
  • BMA280 Accelerometer with single and double tap interrupts
  • Barometer

This smart watch is the most expensive thing that I own. I know that this is not the same for most people, but to me, it is absolutely the best. I am really looking forward to go and buy smart watches that I love. If you ask me, there are people lots of other watches that I can have. I want to work hard so that I can buy all of the smart watches that I want for my family and I.

It's impressive to see the progress made in this smart watch project.
